Trinity Services, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people with developmental disabilities and mental illness flourish and live full and abundant lives.
The Trinity Barkery is a support business of Trinity Services that offers a creative and stimulating work experience for persons with intellectual or developmental disabilities
Guiding Light Academy
Thrive Program
The Guiding Light young adults in their Thrive Program will have a custom bag of treats and 15% of all sales will go to their program. The group voted on a flavor and will have our Chicago Italian Beef treats in our store very soon. The team will be labeling and packing the bags to learn some valuable work skills.
Guiding Light Academy
High School/Transition
We sell handmade dog toys from Guiding Light Academy and their Transition Program. The lovely young adults in this program have made a bunch of tug toys for dogs that we are selling now in our shop and at our in-person events. These tug toys come in 2 sizes and are made by tying old clothing and linens together. Size one is a plain tug/chew toy and the larger size has a tennis ball and can be used as a chew toy, tug toy or for a game of catch.

Not Just a Business, a Lesson in Life Skills
At Connor's Cookies, we believe in giving back to our community. That's why we're committed to helping our autistic son Connor learn the work skills he needs to succeed in the world independently, while also helping several other young special needs adults learn valuable work skills.

Incorporating a few of Connor's favorite things - baking, hanging out with his family, animals, and packing boxes - we have created Connor's Cookies. Staffed by Connor, his mom, as well as working with groups of special young adults.
